BAI-LEY Studios is looking for full time and freelance Studio Crew across all production departments to work on projects, starting immediately.
At BAI-LEY Studios we operate a new kind of production — one that combines advanced AI tools with real human authorship, performance, and craft. Our purpose-built VFX stages in Regina (John Hopkins Soundstages) deliver controlled, high-end environments for feature films, premium television, streaming series, and major commercials.

Sound Department (Sound Designers, Mixers, Boom Operators)
Technical Engineering & IT Systems Engineers

Post VFX Artists
Editors and Post Supervisors
AI Artists and Designers
What we’re looking for:
On-set experience in traditional filmmaking and on-set production
Experience with industry software and tools.
Collaborative mindset and pride in high-quality craft
Adaptability and curiosity about working in a hybrid AI + practical environment
Reliability, professionalism, and a “can-do” attitude
Comfort working on fast-paced, high-end productions
