Introducing BAI-LEY AI ACADEMY: Your On-Ramp to Real AI Production Careers
Regina, SK — April 29, 2026
Today, BAI-LEY Studios is proud to announce the launch of the BAI-LEY AI ACADEMY — a high-intensity 2-week pipeline bootcamp followed by a paid 6-month Production Residency for top performers. This is the direct on-ramp to real AI Production jobs on our stages in Regina and global deployments.
This isn't another generic AI course. It's our exact production pipeline — the same agentic AI + hybrid VFX workflows powering major streaming originals and premium campaigns — compressed into an 80-hour, 8-hour-per-day bootcamp. The best students don't just graduate; they get selected for a paid 6-month contract on actual productions.
Why We're Starting the Academy Now
Our recent job postings (including the AI Artist position in Regina and crew roles) make one thing clear: the demand for professionals who can direct intelligent multimodal AI agents in professional pipelines far exceeds the current supply.
As we wrote in the AI Artist job description:
"The most advanced agentic AI platforms are very new. We don’t expect you to already be an expert in these specific tools. What matters most to us is your artistic eye, your production experience, and your genuine enthusiasm for learning. We provide intensive, hands-on onboarding and ongoing training..."
The Academy formalizes and expands that training into a structured, cohort-based program open to the public — creating a sustainable pipeline of fresh, production-ready talent while giving aspiring creators an unprecedented opportunity to break into cutting-edge AI filmmaking.
Program Overview
BAI-LEY AI ACADEMY is a 2-week, 80-hour intensive (8 hours/day, fully onsite in Regina) followed by a paid 6-month Production Residency for the top performers.
Students master BAI-LEY’s proprietary 16-stage AI production pipeline — the exact process with mandatory sign-off gates at every step. Nothing is generated without explicit approval. The full workflow is detailed below.
